Loaded carries and farmers walks are deceptively tough exercises. Not only are they a test of strength, but also grit, will and determination. This makes them a signature event at any world class strongman event.

The Iron Edge side loading farmers walk handles are the epitome of this strength and toughness. The handles themselves weigh in at 6.7kg each including collars. The side loading design and 300mm of collar length allow for up to 250kg of Olympic style weight plates on each handle. Naturally this creates a casual total of 500kg to work or walk with.

The 33.7mm diameter handle is powder coated for the perfect amount of grip for heavy loads. They even hold on to the chalk for that additional assistance.
